“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”

C.G. Jung

I’ll help you build a life you don’t want to escape from. Together, we bring into the light whatever has been quietly running the show, and we find out what a fulfilling life looks like for you.

Sessions are unhurried, and I listen closely, including to what isn’t being said. Art, dreams, fantasies, and experiences that are hard to explain or express are all welcome here. What you get from me is real presence, honesty, a trained eye for what’s happening beneath the surface, and a compassionate nudge toward your growing edges when you’re ready.

Over time, you stop being a stranger to yourself. Going deep doesn’t mean it’s all heavy; we laugh a lot too. Coffee or tea is optional, but encouraged.

What working together is like

For the psychology nerds

I’m a Jungian psychotherapist at heart, and my work rests on one idea: nothing in you is random. Your anxiety, low moods, the tension in your shoulders, the dream you can’t shake, the spark that’s quietly gone out of things you used to love; each is the psyche’s brilliant (albeit sometimes inconvenient) way of calling you back to yourself.

Something in you has known who you’re meant to become all along, the way a seed already holds the tree. Jung called it individuation; I call it the adventure of a lifetime. I pair this map of the soul with a century of psychological and clinical science Jung never got to read.

Psychodynamic therapy has been tested in randomized trials and reviewed across dozens of studies, and the results are strong. People don’t just feel better while they’re in therapy; the benefits tend to last, and often keep growing, long after the final session together.

Attachment research shows how our earliest relationships shape the ways we love, trust, and protect ourselves. And dream research keeps pointing in a direction Jung would recognize: our dreams aren’t random; they carry the emotional business of our waking lives.

So, old wisdom with new evidence. You don’t need to know any of this for it to help; you just need to show up.

The psyche does the rest.
